Good location for the purpose of the trip.

I booked the hostel for a relative who came to visit us for a funeral. After charging the price of the reservation to my card, the person in reception suggested to my relatives that they cancel it and make a new reservation directly with them arguing that since the reservation had been made with another card that was not my relative's, that they did not trust its origin and that perhaps it was stolen, but of course they had already charged. Therefore, I had to go to the hostel to show them the card so that they would be allowed to stay. On the other hand, a triple room was reserved, a triple room was charged and when we went up to the room we saw that it was a double room, when we asked for explanations at reception, they argued that as they were only two people they were not going to use a triple room. We were not in the mood to argue after a whole day in the morgue and accepted the double.

Everything was brand-new. the location is ideal, just a short walk to the excellent Barcelona metro and lovely patisseries and cafés. - the beds were big, and the room was updated and neat. - I could use air conditioning, an electronic key card, and a multi-channel TV.

The location of the hotel was marvellous - just a pleasant stroll away from Parc de la Solidaritat. Distance to the airport was just 15 km;)))

The staff at Hostal Lami was friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Our suite had ample working space, a double bed, and convenient USB plugs. the location was great, with a bus stop close to the hotel.

Fairly well connected to the city via tram. After being nice to the receptionist, he let us have a double bed.

Wifi barely worked in our room on the 4th floor. Wasn't great value for money but I guess it was Barcelona. Rather uncomfortable bed, and when you shower the whole place would flood.
